The remaining videos demonstrate several QIGONG BREATHING and STRETCHING MOVEMENT EXERCISES for IMPROVING your ENERGY.

The hip tuck or hip roll is a fundamental component of Qigong training.  Its performed by rolling the tailbone under and towards the front of the body.  This has the added benefit of straightening or "opening up" the lumbar spine".

The hip tuck or hip roll is necessary in order to get the benefit of Qigong.  Performing Qigong without the hip tuck or hip roll is almost like running without bending your knees.

When you TUCK (ROLL) YOUR HIP AND TAILBONE UNDER and "OPEN UP" YOUR LUMBAR SPINE, you create a direct path of force between your upper and lower body.  In other words, you are creating a direct path of energy.

And when that happens, you have taken a giant step to feeling great - from the top of your head to the end of your toes.

A - This video demonstrates the important HIP TUCK or HIP ROLL or TAILBONE TUCK using QIGONG.  The hip or tailbone tuck is crucial to preventing and eliminating pain in the low back and pelvis area - from the sacrum to  the hips and much more.

B - This video demonstrates a very simple way of accomplishing the HIP TUCK or HIP ROLL or TAILBONE TUCK using YOGA.
